To increase the distribution of the SAFE CONVERSATIONS® process, Harville and Helen have developed a training program to equip qualified persons to deliver the SAFE CONVERSATIONS® Workshop to their organizations and communities. The SAFE CONVERSATIONS® Leadership Training focuses on the skills and processes taught in the public workshop.
The relational technology of SAFE CONVERSATIONS is useful in schools, congregations and corporations. Persons who wish to distribute the information in these ecosystems are encouraged to participate in the training in order to bring the skills to their environment.
