This privacy policy describes how Harville Hendrix Ventures, LLC ("we,""our," "us") maintains, uses and shares information that we may collect when you use our website at harvilleandhelen.com or any corresponding mobile app that we may offer (collectively, the "Services").

We will endeavor to satisfy such requests within a reasonable time. We will fulfill any opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

DO NOT TRACK

We do not note if you set your web browser to send a "do not track" or similar request when you visit our Services, and doing so will not affect the performance of the Services.

SECURITY

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the security of all Personal Information, including technological safeguards, but cannot guarantee that an unauthorized breach or disclosure of such information could never occur.

CHILDREN

The Services are intended for use by adults. We do not target, or knowingly collect any Personal Information from, children under the age of 13.
